( E; O0 f; C/ ~- r<P >全心增大，（以右房室增大为主），室间隔及左室后壁同向运动，收缩率尚可。心脏十字结构交叉异常，房间隔缺失<FONT face="Times New Roman">7mm</FONT>，室间隔缺失<FONT face="Times New Roman">4mm</FONT>。二尖瓣、三尖瓣结构异常，形成共同房室瓣，闭和不良。余瓣膜形态，启闭功能正常。大动脉关系发生正常，主动脉弓降部正常。</P>
