<P>你好像考虑问题太多了。孩子五岁半，根据超声描述，似乎自愈的可能不大。</P>
: D  F8 d& Y& S* n  ]3 b<P>离开瓣膜近，是不宜作封堵。据我所知，室缺手术不管是微创还是传统都是要体外循环的，区别在于切口的位置和大小，有些医生甚至尝试胸腔镜辅助作，这些方法各有利弊。手术以后和正常人一样工作生活，唯一的差别是手术史，还有瘢痕，目前没有一种方法可以让瘢痕完全消失。</P>
